Summer Events

Or  in the parc where the first rays of the sun rise to illuminate your practice. 


SUP Yoga

SUP yoga, a combination of Stand Up Paddle and yoga, is a great way to improve balance, work on breathing techniques, strengthen muscles other than those used when practising on the ground and reduce stress by being in the fresh air and practising to the sound of the waves. You can join me every Thursday at 6:00 pm, and every second Sunday at 11:00 am.


Weekend Yoga

Join us every Saturday at 8:30 a.m. for a revitalizing 75-minute yoga session on the terrace of Clinique Montchoisi, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Start your weekend feeling energized and serene as you explore a variety of yogic practices designed to harmonize your body, energy and mind. Take this unique opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and nature, setting a positive tone for the days ahead.
