What is traditional yoga? Whatever the style - Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa - we respect the traditions of yoga by holding the postures for longer while breathing deeply and keeping inner peace. With appropriate warm-up exercises to respect the joints, breathing exercises, hand gestures (mudras) to work on the subtle body, yoga postures, meditation and mantras to bring complete balance to the three bodies: physical, energetical and emotional.
